1. Service Scope & SEBI Status
Technology Provider
Victory Quanta is a technology and software development firm. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor (IA), Research Analyst (RA), or Portfolio Manager (PMS).
No Financial Advice
Our services are limited to the development and automation of trading logic. We do not provide tips, buy/sell recommendations, or financial advice. All strategies are executed based on parameters pre-defined by the client.
2. Risk Disclosure
Market Risk
Trading in Equities, F&O, and Commodities involves significant financial risk. The share market is subject to volatility, and users should only trade with risk capital — money they can afford to lose.
No Performance Guarantee
Victory Quanta is not responsible for any profits or losses incurred. Past performance of any algorithm is not a guarantee of future results.
Technical Risk
We are not liable for losses caused by system failures, internet latency, broker API downtime, or exchange-side technical glitches.
3. Data Privacy & API Security
Data Safety
We prioritize your privacy. Your API keys and personal credentials are encrypted and used solely for executing your automated strategy. We never share your data with third parties.
Client Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your broker credentials and static IP addresses.
4. Subscription & Refunds
Non-Refundable
All payments for software development and subscription services are final and non-refundable. We encourage clients to understand the product fully before committing.
No Capital Handling
Victory Quanta does not accept or hold client funds for trading. All capital remains in your own SEBI-registered broker account.
5. Termination & Disconnection
Flexibility
Clients have the right to disconnect their API and stop using our services at any time. No lock-in periods apply.
Process
To stop the service, inform us via our official support channel and revoke API access from your broker dashboard.
